Service Description
One-Way: $30+$1/mile We pick up, repair, and notify you when your bike is ready for pickup at our shop. Two-Way: $40+$1/mile Door-to-door service. We pick up, repair, and drop off your bike. Once a booking is made, you will receive a pay link to leave a deposit for the mobile service fee. The fee varies by your distance from the shop.
Cancellation Policy
Pickup/Dropoff: No cancellation or refunds once we have departed for appointment. Deposit must be paid prior to us leaving for service appointment. Mobile Service: If service cannot be completed during the booked appointment time due our lack of needed parts, supplies, time, or tools - pickup and dropoff service is free. If service cannot be completed due customer missing key items needed for service or omitted crucial details of service prior to booking, standard mobile pickup/dropoff fees will apply.
