Cancellation Policy
Pickup/Dropoff: No cancellation or refunds once we have departed for appointment. Deposit must be paid prior to us leaving for service appointment. Mobile Service: If service cannot be completed during the booked appointment time due our lack of needed parts, supplies, time, or tools - pickup and dropoff service is free. If service cannot be completed due customer missing key items needed for service or omitted crucial details of service prior to booking, standard mobile pickup/dropoff fees will apply.
